• We will be celebrating the 3rd Annual Sunshine Creek Family Picnic on Saturday, August 15th. Festivities begin at 4 PM in the picnic area. Please bring a dish to share. Burgers (including veggie burgers), hot dogs, buns, and beverages will be provided. There are lots of fun activities planned for the whole family, so please join us for a fun time with friends and neighbors!

• NOTICE: Replacement key fobs for access to the pool and clubhouse cost $30. If you need a replacement fob, please contact our community manager, Jane.

• Work crews will be in the neighborhood repainting curbs and crosswalks beginning Monday, August 10th. Streets may be partially or completely blocked temporarily throughout the week -- we appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation!

CC&R REMINDERS

• 4.7 Leashed Dogs. No dogs shall be permitted to roam the Property unattended, and all dogs shall be kept on a leash while outside a Lot.

• 4.8 Nuisance. No noxious, harmful or offensive activities shall be carried on upon any Lot or Common area, nor shall anything be done or placed on any Lot or Common Area which interferes with or jeopardizes the enjoyment, or which is a source of annoyance to the other Owners or Occupants.
