The next Board of Directors meeting will be
held May 19th at 7 PM in the Sunshine Creek clubhouse. All
homeowners are welcome to attend. |

The meeting minutes for the April Board meeting are now available
for download on the Archives page. |
|
|
A stop sign has been installed on the corner of Sun
Valley and Park Road. We hope this measure will make the
intersection safer for everyone. |
|
|
The pool will open on Memorial Day weekend, weather permitting.
Please review the Pool Rules section of your homeowners' manual and
make sure you and your family are familiar with them. Contact our
community manager for a pool key if you don't already have
one. |

|
Work has begun on our neighborhood directory. Please be sure to
return your contact information form no later than May 15th.
Also, be sure to indicate how many copies of the directory you'd
like to receive and include a check for the appropriate amount. |

Come one, come all.... Our 2nd annual Sunshine
Creek Community Barbecue will be held May 23rd at the
Community Center. This is an opportunity to meet your neighbors,
share some good food, and enjoy the picnic activities. We'll
be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs and holding lots of fun games the
whole family can enjoy. So bring a picnic blanket or a couple of
lawn chairs and join in the fun! |

meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the third Monday of each month at the
clubhouse.
Homeowner
input is appreciated and encouraged. Introduce yourself if you’re a new
homeowner, learn about what's going on in your community, and get
